SECURITY PERSONNEL & RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
We have over the years put together a team of security officers who take the securing
of clientele property and customer safety very seriously; in addition we provide a very
competitive rate for the best quality service.
We our totally committed to providing the best security and the fact that continual refresher training courses held every 3 months is given to security personnel to allow them to deal with and foresee incidents and prevent them is a testimony to this objective.
With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like:

With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like:
- Criminal record clearances. (SAPS).
- Registration with the PSIRA (Security Officers Board)
- Republic of South Africa Citizenship and Appropriate age.
- Suitable relevant educational standard and experience.
- Physical fitness & medical status.
- Firearm competency certificates (where applicable) & Relevant minimum experience.
- Possession of Security Training Certificates by an accredited training provider.
Staff must be numerate, computer literate (where applicable) and able to read, write and communicate in English/Afrikaans and other official languages that are commonly used in the area of operations.
Supervisors, Patrol officers and Operations managers must meet all of the above aspects and the following requirements:
- Management and supervisors must understand mathematical figures and be computer literate.
- Possess Vehicle driver’s license.
- Grade B or A PSIRA certificates and training
- Occupational health and safety training
- Basic Fire fighting training and First aid training
- Knowledge of conducting security risk assessments and investigations.
- Knowledge of usage and handling of all related security equipment such as: Fire-arms, Mobile and base radios, metal detectors (Handheld and walk through), X-ray machines.
- And able to accurately complete all security registers and Occurrence books.
